Chad Yonce, CCIM, CPM
President and Managing Partner
Chad Yonce (CCIM, CPM) was born and raised in Charleston, SC. After graduating from The Citadel in 1995, Yonce founded Southeastern Management Group and assisted the company's growth from its inception. As President and Managing Partner, Yonce now oversees an energetic staff that collectively manages over 1,000 homes within 50 different community associations throughout the Lowcountry. In addition, Yonce obtained the nationally recognized CCIM designation in May of 2004, as well as, the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® designation (CPM) in April of 2009. Yonce attributes the success of the company on the founding principle that the client is the focus.

Bevin Carchidi
Bevin Carchidi is the Homeowners Association Department Head. Bevin joined SEMG in 2006 and has worked with the 'new construction' properties on Daniel Island and Mt. Pleasant, to successfully transition them from Developer to Homeowner Control. Her focus is on positive and consistent service and communication with her clients, to ensure that all properties receive the highest level of service, and to preserve the Association Owners most important investment.

Lyndall W. Dantzler, CPA, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Lyndall is experienced in the areas of cash flow analysis, financial reviews of real estate properties and transactions, and IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Originally from Columbia, S.C., Lyndall graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College in 1999 and then received her Masters in Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2001.

Lyndall spent the first part of her career working as a tax accountant at public accounting firms in Columbia, where she received her CPA license in 2004. Shortly after moving to Charleston, Lyndall joined our team in June 2006.

Lyndall's strong accounting and financial background allows her to provide investment analysis to Southeastern Management Group's owners and investors, as well as manage the finance and accounting department for the company. Lyndall leads a full, in-house financial staff, including professionals focused on receivables, payables, reconciling of bank accounts and other aspects of cash management.
