We're led by Chad Yonce (CCIM), President and Managing Partner, who grew up here in Charleston
and founded this locally-owned and operated company, making it into what it is today. |

Jessica Nelson (CMCA, AMS) heads up our Association Management Department. Jessica specializes
in the integration of existing contracted community associations, and also works closely with
national real estate developers as new community associations transition from developer control
to their own Board of Directors. Jessica is supported by several property managers - part of our
commitment to make sure each association receives the appropriate attention and resources it
deserves.

We are especially proud of the depth of our Financial Department, led by Lyndall W. Dantzler
(CPA, MBA), our Controller and CFO. Her strong Accounting background and CPA degree allow
her to provide expert financial guidance. Lyndall leads a full, in-house, financial staff, including
professionals focused on receivables, payables, reconciling of bank accounts and other aspects
of cash management. |
Beyond our own team, we maintain valuable relationships with contractors and other third party
service providers to ensure deadlines are met and cost savings are passed on to your association. |
